A perfect apartment for 2-3 families or a large group of friends

The apartment:
Snehulen is a cozy and efficiently utilized apartment of 107 square meters which additional contains a sunny balcony with a panoramic view of the mountains. The apartment has a total of 10 beds distributed over four bedrooms. In addition there are two bathrooms and a bright kitchen plus a spacious living room with a dining nook and tv-corner that invites to relaxation after a long day on the mountains. The apartment is particularly family friendly with two high chairs and a baby cod which is available upon request.

The house and local area:
The apartment spans the entire third floor of a classically looking Austrian house equipped with both an elevator and stairwell. Snehulen additionally comes with its own ski and boot room at the entry to the house. Boots can be dried on the electric boot dryer which fits 10 pairs of boots. The house is placed at the base of the mountain right where on of the slopes end. There is furthermore a water world and a small grocery store (Spar) within a five minute walk. In a ten minute walk you can reach the main street of Wagrain which has larger grocery stores, and a broad selection of restaurants, bars, and a club. Finally, there is parking available for one car at the house and additional free parking available at the water world.

Facilities and checking-in:
The apartment is available from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival until 10 a.m. on the day of departure. All relevant keys are stored in key boxes secured by a pin code. Thus the owner is not present upon arrival and departure but can be contacted if questions arise. Local assistance can be contacted through the owners in special circumstances.
