Booking
After booking, guests will receive a guest list to be filled out. Required information is:
Primary contact person: name, address, passport no., phone, and e-mail.
Complete names and birth dates of all participants.
We pass this information on to the local authorities who use it to calculate tourist tax (included in price).
A deposit of €150 is due no later than seven (7) days after your booking have been confirmed. By paying the deposit, the primary contact person confirms to have read and accepted the relevant terms and conditions.
The outstanding payment must be completed before December 1. For orders completed after December 1, the entire amount is due within seven (7) days of booking. The due date will be specified in the invoice.
Snehulen reserves the right to rent the apartment to a third party if the payment terms are violated by guests.
